Scores

Standings

Football

Don’t get caught up in the personnel changes on some teams, i.e. the Broncos and Cowboys. Be aware of the rosters but there is no need to study personnel moves in June.

Hockey

The Penguins scored the tying goal with 34.3 seconds to go in their season and then won it with a goal in the 3rd OT to win the game 4-3. The Red Wings continue to lead the series 3-2. Marc-Andre Fleury the Penguins goalie had 55 saves. Some interesting stats: Last night’s win was the Penguins first win in Detroit since December 2000 . . . The Red Wings are 10-12 in Stanley Cup Final clinching games, the most losses of that variety . . . The road team has now won the last 7 mulit-OT games in the Stanley Cup Finals. Game 6 is Wednesday in Pittsburgh.

Other

The starting positions for the Belmont will be determined tomorrow.
