Dallas Cowboys -10.5

The only reason I can come up with for taking the Bills tonight is that the Patriots are in Dallas next week. Could the Cowboys look ahead and let the Bills sneak by them? I doubt it if you are talking about Ws and Ls, but its not out of the question when talking about covering a double-digit line. Again, that is the one reason for taking the Bills. Now here are some reason to take Dallas, the best team in the NFC. The following numbers are the points Dallas has scored so far this year in their games: 45, 37, 34, 35. Here is what Buffalo has done: 14, 3, 7, 17. It doesn’t take an MIT student or even a calculator to see that these offenses are worlds apart. It should also be pointed out that Buffalo’s defense only allowed the Steelers and Patriots to score more than 20 points (26 and 38 respectively) but the other games were against the Broncos and the Jets. As far as I see it, if you take the Bills tonight you are saying that Dallas is undisciplined, unfocused and too full of themselves to take care of an inferior opponent the week before a big game. I am not saying you are wrong, but I don’t believe you to be right. The smart money is on Dallas, no matter the spread.
